In July, our church family embarked on a three-day journey that was truly out of this world! Hosted by our dedicated Christian Education Department, this year’s Vacation Bible School took us on an exciting mission to learn more about God’s amazing creation, His promises, and His boundless love.
From the moment our “space crew” of volunteers welcomed the children, the atmosphere was filled with energy, joy, and curiosity. Our fellowship hall was transformed into a galaxy of wonder—complete with stars, planets, and a mission control center for our week’s adventures.
Mission Highlights:
- Inspiring Bible Lessons: Each day, we explored a new mission from God’s Word that helped us understand how we can shine our light for Christ.
- Uplifting Praise & Worship: Our songs and motions had kids and leaders singing and dancing with pure joy.
- Creative Space-Themed Crafts: Rocket ships, starry skies, and unique creations reminded us of God’s handiwork.
- Interactive Games & Activities: Our games taught teamwork and encouraged friendship.
- Delicious Snacks: Every astronaut needs fuel, and ours was both tasty and fun!
We wrapped up our three days with a special closing program, where families gathered to celebrate the children’s learning through songs, memory verses, and testimonies. It was a beautiful reminder that the seeds of faith planted in young hearts will grow for a lifetime.
A big thank you to our Christian Education Department, volunteers, parents, and participants who made this year’s VBS a success. Your hard work and prayers made this mission possible!
With God, the sky isn’t the limit—it’s just the beginning! 🚀✨
