Our Mission
The Health Ministry of Franklin Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church is dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. We educate, support, and guide the congregation toward healthier lifestyles while integrating faith and holistic care.
What We Do

Severe headache, chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, swelling, vision changes, or feeling “not right” — trust your instincts and seek care.
🤝 Advocacy & Support
Bring a support person, write questions down, and ask providers to repeat or explain options. You deserve respectful care.
👶 Postpartum Care
Postpartum support is health care. If mood, sleep, or anxiety feels overwhelming—reach out right away.
🏥 Local Help
