This past Saturday, the youth group came together for an amazing Movie Night held in the W.H. Williams Fellowship Hall of Franklin Chapel A.M.E. Zion Churchβand it was truly a night to remember!
The highlight of the evening? A screening of Minecraft: The Movie! As the familiar pixelated characters came to life on the big screen, the hall was filled with laughter, cheers, and the joyful energy of our young viewers. Whether they were seasoned players or just along for the ride, everyone was completely captivated.
And of course, what’s a movie night without snacks? Our youth enjoyed hotdogs, buttery popcorn, and refreshing drinks, all served with love by our wonderful volunteers. The smell of snacks and the sounds of fun created the perfect atmosphere for fellowship and fun.
The event wasnβt just about watching a movieβit was about building community, celebrating youth, and creating memories together. Moments like these remind us how important it is to provide safe, joyful spaces for our young people to grow in friendship and faith.
