Dr. LaTonya Armstrong is a faithful and dedicated servant of Franklin Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, where she serves in multiple ministries with excellence, humility, and a heart for God’s people. While she faithfully supports the church as a Deaconess, Usher, and member of the Media Ministry, her primary role is serving as the Church Secretary.

As Church Secretary, Dr. Armstrong plays a vital role in the day-to-day administration of the church. She works diligently behind the scenes to ensure communication, records, correspondence, and organizational responsibilities are handled with professionalism and care. Her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment help keep the ministry operating efficiently.
